We are currently seeking a Head of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for our IT Services division located in Jeddah, KSA. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our IT Services division, with a primary focus on healthcare IT solutions. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, strategic vision, and leadership skills to lead a team effectively, manage technical projects efficiently, and achieve financial objectives.

As the Head of SBU IT Services, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the healthcare IT sector. You will lead sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads, increase revenue, and expand market share in the MENA region. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of IT consulting services, project management, compliance activities, and training services to ensure high client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Managing teams across various functions such as sales, presales, business analysis, and technical delivery will also be part of your role as you foster collaboration and professional development among team members.
