You will utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while managing job postings on various platforms with accurate descriptions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continued learning in the HR profession. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being advantageous for roles requiring multicultural communication. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with diverse candidates throughout the hiring process.
