You will collaborate with department heads to ensure job descriptions are clear and reflective of evolving business needs while optimizing organizational structures for operational efficiency.

By analyzing workforce data and collaborating with business leaders, you will anticipate talent needs and address gaps proactively. Additionally, you will oversee the design of total rewards strategies that remain competitive in the market to support employee retention and motivation.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field along with 4-8 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Capital. Professional HR certification is preferred but not required. Strong expertise in performance management, organizational development, HC strategy, excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
