This hands-on role will involve overseeing all aspects of HR, including onboarding, visa processes, and department setup for a new venue.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably up to the level of HOD (Head of Department). Fluency in both written and verbal English is essential, with Arabic language skills being highly preferred. While a background in hospitality, F&B, leisure, or retail would be advantageous, candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
