As an HR Specialist at Dar Al Abbar, you will be responsible for managing various tasks within the HR Department. This includes handling payroll transactions, maintaining attendance and overtime records, overseeing employee performance appraisals, coordinating training activities, and facilitating the orientation of new hires. Additionally, you will document and follow up on staff qualifications in alignment with National and International Healthcare Accreditation Standards.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College. Proficiency in using web-based Government Applications as well as Microsoft Word & Excel is essential. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. While one year of related experience is advantageous, updated knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations in Saudi Arabia will be beneficial. Demonstrated competency in utilizing HR Information Systems & Programs is also preferred.
