Senior Officer - Learning and Development

We are currently seeking a Senior Officer - Learning and Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the learning and professional development of our workforce. You will identify training needs for both the organization and individuals, define appropriate training delivery methods, design and implement training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs while ensuring a safe workplace environment. Additionally, you will lead initiatives such as internships, Grow programs, and internal trainers network.

As the Senior Officer - Learning and Development, your key responsibilities will include conducting training needs surveys, liaising with managers to assess training needs at all levels of the organization, preparing training need analysis forms, defining learning requirements based on job needs in alignment with company policies, producing training programs in coordination with managers at various levels within the organization, managing a network of relevant training providers, coordinating with external training institutions for appropriate methods of training delivery, and designing and expanding training programs based on organizational and individual needs.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development roles
