An Assistant Food and Drinks Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Drinks outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, maintaining customer service levels, recruiting and developing team members, managing guest queries, setting departmental targets, managing stock takes, maximizing sales revenue, ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting other departments as needed, etc.
Key Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in food and beverage management
Experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or restaurant setting
Previous experience in Food and Drinks Management or Supervisory role is required.
Knowledge of Financial Systems is preferred.
