As the Head of Business Development at iHR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by attracting new institutional customers and penetrating new markets. Your responsibilities will include researching and evaluating the existing business structure, formulating end-to-end solutions, streamlining operations, and contributing to the long-term growth objectives of the company. You will lead the development of propositions and marketing campaigns, plan and monitor customer accounts' performance, and expand business reach by creating new sales leads and opportunities.

In order to excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience in areas such as Business Development, Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation, Clientele Development, Relationship Management, Product Management, and Customer Care. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical skills, bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English), and a CME4 Certificate are also required. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment efforts when needed and contributing to the career development planning of department individuals.
