The Lead Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing IT service operations to ensure the efficient execution of core IT service management processes. This includes incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, change management, configuration management, asset management, availability and continuity management, service catalogue management, and service level management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and optimizing these processes based on industry standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities of this role include designing and continuously reviewing core IT service management processes across all functions within Technology Operations. This involves ensuring that incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, change management, configuration management, asset management, availability and continuity management, service catalogue management, and service level management processes are aligned with industry standards and optimized for efficiency. The Lead Service Operations Specialist will drive the adoption of these processes throughout the organization and ensure compliance with internal teams as well as third-party vendors managed by Technology Operations.
