As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KAFAAT RECRUITMENT, you will play a crucial role in overseeing recruitment processes, MIS reports, and managing a team to target the best core employee talent. Working closely with project/department managers and the recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the recruitment department, aligning recruitment strategies with managers' objectives, and managing personnel affairs related to employment sectors. Your expertise will be essential in developing candidate-only competencies, optimizing recruitment costs, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient operations.
Your key responsibilities will include managing staff operations related to recruitment segments such as client requirements and needs, application and CV database management, verification processes, selection interviews, pre-packaging procedures, KPI monitoring, and generating MIS reports. You will collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements effectively and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requests according to Saudi Labor Law regulations. Additionally, you will spearhead campaigns and initiatives for all stakeholders while coordinating with overseas recruitment agencies to finalize necessary procedures.
