As a Learning & Development professional at Manager ACCOR, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the creation, implementation, and facilitation of our Hotel Training Plan. Your responsibilities will include conducting annual training needs analysis, coordinating with department managers to identify training opportunities for team members, initiating relationships with industry associations and external training companies, updating records of training activities, maintaining a Training Calendar, managing an internal resource library for employees' use, sharing responsibilities for new hire integration and orientation processes, assisting with policy implementation, preparing training reports, and ensuring compliance with fire & life safety procedures.

To excel in this role, we are seeking a well-organized candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training/facilitation. Proficiency in English language is essential. A Passion for Perfection is key as you navigate through various tasks aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees.
