Our Client, a leading conglomerate in the consumer goods sector, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Organizational Development to join their team in Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership position, you will report directly to the Organizational Capability Director and oversee a team of six professionals across various HR functions such as talent management, acquisition, communication, compensation & benefits, and rewards. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing OD strategies that strengthen our organizational culture and performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, succession planning, performance management, rewards frameworks, and internal communication.
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field (MBA preferred) along with at least 12 years of experience in organizational development, including 5 years in leadership roles. Expertise in HR systems such as Oracle and CornerstoneOnDemand is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess proven abilities in managing engagement, culture, and change within large organizations. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
