Job Description: The Sales Coordinator will compose letters on behalf of the Director of Sales, maintain correspondence files, attend meetings and record minutes, maintain contact databases for the Sales and Marketing team, handle telephones/calls as per hotel standards, prepare outgoing correspondence at a high standard, set up filing systems for important documents, update guest databases regularly, implement daily follow-up systems. Qualifications: Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
