A proven track record in acquiring new clients, strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage), problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking skills are essential qualifications for this position. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, along with professional certifications or training in Sales or Recruitment Outsourcing.
