Nestlé Group, a renowned leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner for their Almanhal Water Factory in Saudi Arabia. As an HRBP at our water factory in Jeddah Industrial Area, you will play a crucial role in implementing our People Strategy and ensuring seamless execution of HR operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering on strategic HR plans that align with key stakeholders. You will contribute to organizational structure using best practices and change management principles in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles. Additionally, you will lead the Operational People Planning process for the location, champion Performance and Talent Management cycles, coach People Managers on Total Rewards activities, and participate in local Youth development initiatives to achieve KPIs.
To be successful as an HR Business Partner at Nestlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory, you should have at least 5 years of experience in various HR functions. You must have a proven track record of leading and developing teams in a high-performing environment, contributing to people strategies, and working effectively within a Matrix environment with strong business acumen. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required for this position.
