As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the People Strategy within our location. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of HR operations while aligning with key stakeholders. You will contribute to shaping the organizational structure by leveraging best practices and change management principles in line with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
In this role, you will lead the Operational People Planning process for our location, drive Performance and Talent Management initiatives, facilitate Total Rewards activities, and engage in local Youth development programs. Additionally, you will champion a positive culture that promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Safety, and employee engagement. Working closely with Leaders and Employees, you will uphold Nestlé's Purpose and Values while ensuring compliance with policies. Collaboration with the matrix HR Services team will be essential to share insights for continuous improvement in HR operations. Managing the HR services team on-site will require excellence in execution, timeliness, accuracy, and consistent application of HR Policies.
