As the Fixed Asset Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a suitable control environment for the fixed asset function. Working closely with the Fixed Asset Manager, you will review fixed asset process policies and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will include overseeing the addition and deletion of fixed assets, ensuring accurate maintenance of the fixed asset register, and managing physical inspections on fixed assets across various locations.
To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting and have at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years specifically in fixed assets. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is preferred. Strong financial and analytical skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, fluency in English and preferably Arabic along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications are required.
