The ideal candidate for this position should hold an Engineering Degree in Construction or Engineering with significant experience in senior roles within large complex projects. A minimum of 15+ years of direct experience in construction or manufacturing large projects is required, along with at least 10+ years of experience in project leadership roles. Desired skills include a proven track record of successful project delivery, proficiency in stakeholder management, self-motivation, strong initiative-taking abilities, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
