In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent. You will enhance our employer branding to improve candidate experience and lead career fairs campaigns to connect with potential candidates. Furthermore, you will analyze talent acquisition metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to make data-driven decisions that improve our recruitment processes. Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.
