Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and workforce planning. Additionally, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and selection. Your role will involve partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent. You will enhance our employer branding to improve candidate experience and lead career fairs campaigns to connect with potential candidates. Furthermore, you will analyze talent acquisition metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to make data-driven decisions that improve our recruitment processes. Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.
