As the Manager - Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, governmental bodies, and external contractors to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve managing project planning, design, execution, and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to meet all specifications and regulations.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities, developing comprehensive project plans with timelines and budgets, monitoring project progress, anticipating challenges, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field along with a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development. Proficiency in project management software tools is required along with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
