As a Recruitment Operations Specialist at Reza Group, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process by managing all recruitment activities across GCC. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical manufacturing roles, maintaining accurate documentation through an applicant tracking system (ATS), staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment while supporting employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
