We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Officer to oversee the practices of our organizational development unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating processes related to Performance Management, as well as Compensation & Benefits. Key responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day operations, managing reports on OD and turnover, writing job descriptions, coordinating job evaluations, overseeing organizational development projects, facilitating employee transfers, designing reporting structures, and ensuring compliance with appraisal processes within the compensation & benefits framework.
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. We are specifically looking for Saudi Nationals who are fresh graduates with proficiency in English language skills. Immediate joining is required for this position. Additionally, candidates must be registered in TAQAT for TAMHEER eligibility and should not have been registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
