As the Investment Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of reporting, risk management, and investment processing systems. You will collaborate closely with the Asset Management and Financing Departments to ensure investments are accurately onboarded, recorded, and evaluated within our platform. Your responsibilities will include system migration and management, administration of investment processes, middle office workflow activities adherence to risk management frameworks, investment reporting preparation at regular intervals for various forums such as Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
In addition to your managerial duties, you will lead a team of analysts and reporting professionals while overseeing daily operations of the investment reporting team. Your role will involve streamlining middle office processes through automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting frameworks that capture key performance indicators such as returns, risk metrics, and asset allocation. Your ability to analyze portfolio performance trends and provide actionable insights will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6 years of experience in investment process management along with knowledge in onboarding/maintenance/divestment of assets related to reporting and bookkeeping. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Information Systems is required, with professional certifications such as CFA, CMA or CPA preferred. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is essential for effective communication across different departments.
