Roll Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Preparing bank guarantee application, ACP, cancellation letters
Preparing client invoices
Delivering BG applications to the bank
Collecting the bank guarantee & the ACK from the bank
Submitting the ACK to the client
Visiting the cline to follow up on collection or in rare occasions to submit invoices
Booking expense claim
Covering the team while there leaving
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
