Job Summary
The F&B Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of food and beverage outlets within a specific property or portfolio. Here's a typical job description and qualifications for this role:
Key Responsibilities :
1. Leasing Management: Manage the leasing process for F&B outlets, including negotiating lease terms, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams.
2. Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
4.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop leasing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to optimize leasing performance and achieve revenue targets.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to support leasing initiatives and achieve overall business objectives.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, property policies, and industry standards.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present leasing reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, hospitality management, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B leasing, real estate leasing, or hospitality leasing, with a proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the F&B industry, market trends, leasing strategies, and tenant requirements.
4. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and market research to make data-driven leasing decisions.
6. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external partners.
7. Legal Understanding: Familiarity with leasing contracts, legal terms, and regulations related to commercial leasing.
8. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software for lease administration and reporting.
