As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and provide innovative hiring solutions. Utilizing various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and industry networking, you will build strong talent pipelines across all functions within the organization. Your expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making selections – will be essential in identifying the best candidates for each role.

In addition to recruitment activities, you will oversee new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees joining the organization. By developing engaging onboarding programs that enhance employee engagement and retention, you will contribute to creating a positive employee experience from day one. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the onboarding process.
