We are currently seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and assist us in meeting our expanding talent requirements. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and recruiting top-notch individuals who align with our educational objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Actively source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other talent networks.
- Conduct initial candidate evaluations and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all applicants.
- Maintain precise recruitment records and generate reports to monitor key hiring metrics and assess the efficiency of the recruitment process.
