The role involves overseeing the procurement and delivery of 2D and 3D MMC residential and non-residential assets for a large project, collaborating with design teams, delivery teams, and logistics specialists. Key responsibilities include leadership and project management, procurement and delivery strategies, stakeholder management, risk and quality management. Requirements include an Engineering Degree in Construction or Engineering, minimum 20+ years of experience in large-scale project construction with at least 15+ years in leadership roles. The salary range is SAR 90,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances, with benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance, company gratuity scheme, annual flight allowance, and employee wellbeing program.
