As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as an Export - Senior Customer Service Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating international distributor air, sea, and land freight transactions. You will prepare export documentation such as Letters of Credit, Shipping Letter of Instruction, commercial invoices, and packing lists. Additionally, you will apply harmonized codes and export licensing as required while ensuring compliance with all export processes according to corporate and local policies. Your duties will also include maintaining shipping records, liaising with brokers and freight forwarders for compliance, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery that aligns with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Import/Export and Logistics activities. Proficiency in English is essential, with French language skills being preferred. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sap & Logo systems. Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and suppliers professionally via phone and email. Being a team player with self-motivation is key for success in this role along with strong organizational abilities.
