Positions - Construction Manager (PMC and Industrial project Experience)
Location - Abu Dhabi Emirates

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate with Engineering Degree, and minimum with 15-18 years of experience working on large scale Industrial projects, as Senior Project / Construction Management Professional.
Experience in Construction management of Industrial Buildings, Utility Buildings, Plants, petrol station, fuel station, Oil and gas facilities etc. is required.
PMP Certification is an additional advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Construction Supervision Management.
Advise on any potential variation to the CONTRACTOR’s scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present PMC assessment.
Lead PMC staff in assessing variations, claims and reports, to COMPANY Management the technical positions of the proposed variation.
Coordinating the work of all site operations.
Monitoring of contractors’ progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis and assisting in solving any/all deficiencies.
Assisting in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
Advising the client on cost and time related issues and acceptance of the completed work to the client.
Monitor ongoing construction to review contractor progress and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
Schedule, conduct, and document regular progress meetings and other construction related project meetings with all interested parties to review project status, discuss problems, and assist in the resolution of issues.
Monitor compliance with environmental protection requirements and document all findings.
Provide review/analysis and notes/comments/recommendations of the construction plans and specifications to determine the constructability of the facility.
Make sure that all MS, QCP, ITP, RA, and Records as submitted by CONTRACTOR (after PMC assessment) are reviewed by all disciplines and verified against Project Requirements.
Making sure that Material Approval have been submitted by CONTRACTOR as per Schedule and by using the approved forms which are filled by all necessary information, and that these parts have been reviewed by the relevant discipline Engineers.
Lead PMC staff in reviewing and assessing of the Close-Out Report submitted by Contractor.
