We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years in developing and executing successful sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain client relationships. A deep understanding of the mining or Oil&Gas industry and operations is essential, and experience in software sales or technology solutions will be highly advantageous. - Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships. - Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions. - Product Feedback: Provide critical insights for product development and enhancements based on market feedback. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives. - Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Medical Insurance Requirements: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets. - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Mining or Oil & Gas industry and operations is must. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategic decisions. - Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Fluent English and Arabic (preferable)
