Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible to maintain accurate and reliable records of parts in inventory. Monitors reorder points and initiate action to replenish stocks. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies Assistant Inventory manager, or management, of irregularities.
Core Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
Tracks orders and execute orders to suppliers.
Forecasting monthly orders.
Tracks orders and investigates problems.
Records purchases, maintains inventory database, creating report needed for stock control.
Processes invoices for payment.
Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal customers.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Background & Experience (years)
2 to 5 years in a related field/role.
Knowledge of current and best stock inventory systems.
Supply Chain engineers.
Multi brand experience.
Proven ability to work independently and with others.
Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
MS Office skills.
Professional certification (preferred).
