Deep understanding of business P&L statements to review tenant performance.
Responsible for negotiating lease agreements with prospective tenants.
Luxury retail leasing knowledge and expertise.
Related leasing experience within the market and necessary knowledge and expertise.
Current relationship with local and international brands.
Preferably past working background with any of the major developers and landlords – Emaar, MAF, Dubai Holding or with a reputed leasing consultant.
