Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who can manage our call centre. You should have extensive CS management experience to lead the whole CS team in the call centre. You should always optimise the CS SOP, and ensure that customer service experience is more efficient and valuable.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, optimization, monitoring and implementation of customer service SOP
Responsible for team management, training and work guidance of the customer service team
Responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to solve users' problems
Responsible for analyzing customer service data and providing feedback to relevant departments
Responsible for receiving and coordinating requests from various departments for customer services
Responsible for engaging CRM software development or external CRM software
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in customer service management required
Passion for customer service, strong sense of responsibility & teamwork, good at cross-departmental communication
Be open to receiving feedback and advice
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiar with customer service IT systems, familiar with customer service process and telephone system
Good at customer service management and training
