Job Details
Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing recruitment projects and activities.
Experience in UAE labor laws, and work permit rules and requirements.
Excellent background in engineering fields recruitment preferably in aviation and/or defense sector if possible.
Excellent knowledge and background of Emiratization scheme and requirements.
Excellent experience and knowledge of mass recruitment and recruitment campaigns (locally & internationally overseas).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English).
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent computer and presentation skills.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
