Rikas Hospitality Group, in partnership with Paris Society, represents the global Food and Beverage entities of Ennismore, a prominent leader in the hospitality industry. With a collective presence in over eighty locations, Rikas and Paris Society are significant players in the UAE and French hospitality sectors. As we strive for market expansion into the UK, Continental Europe, Levant, GCC, and Asia, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the execution of new projects for both brands.

The Project Manager will be actively involved from the initial development phase through to the grand opening of new ventures. Taking charge of project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, brand compliance, quality control measures during construction phases, and ensuring smooth handover to operations are key responsibilities. Reporting to stakeholders with qualitative updates utilizing appropriate tools is integral throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborating closely with internal resources such as Rikas and Paris Society Project and Executive management teams, Business unit Directors, and Paris Society Brand management is crucial for successful coordination of all owned or licensed projects. Furthermore, providing essential support during project openings to administrative and operational teams ensures efficient trading commencement. The PM will also be responsible for preparing detailed financial and technical closing reports post-project completion.

Responsibilities include overall supervision of designated new builds and licensed projects aligned with Rikas and Paris Society's goals. Planning project resources effectively, managing budgets meticulously, monitoring progress closely while keeping stakeholders informed at every stage are fundamental tasks. Conducting audits on internal and external project contributors' involvement in execution processes is essential for maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a higher level of education coupled with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within project management. A background in F&B, Hospitality, Architecture or Engineering industries with exposure to Middle Eastern markets is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills along with strong leadership qualities including effective communication abilities are prerequisites for this role. Proficiency in English (written/spoken) at a high level is necessary along with adaptability to work efficiently in diverse multicultural environments that may require extensive travel.
