We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or VP of Ops to oversee my clients organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business. Responsibilities include partnering with the CEO to develop strategic vision, overseeing core operational functions, identifying areas for process improvement, managing resources, leading a high-performing team, developing performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic direction to sales and marketing teams.
Key Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in business operations and management.
