Chief Technology Officer

Our company, a leading player in the Fintech industry, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Global Office in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and leading our talented tech teams towards delivering world-class digital financial solutions. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in technology leadership within the Fintech sector, particularly in India.

The ideal candidate for this role should have over 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically within the Fintech or financial services sector. Knowledge of lending and payments verticals would be advantageous. You should possess deep expertise in the Indian Fintech ecosystem, including UPI, payment gateways, cross-border payments, lending platforms, and digital wallets.

In terms of technical acumen, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience with modern technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, C++), APIs and microservices architecture, as well as Big Data, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies. Familiarity with India's regulatory landscape and compliance requirements is also essential for this role. Additionally, proven experience in scaling technology solutions for millions of users in a high-growth environment and strong project management skills using Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly desirable.
