POSITION:

Key Account Executive – Food Service



LOCATION:

Dubai



PURPOSE:

Key Account Executive with expertise in sales, particularly in catering to various HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering & Institutions) channels across the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of success in building and managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships within the HORECA sector.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



· Managing day-to-day Customer Calls:
· Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on deliveries, address questions, and build rapport.
· Issue Resolution and Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly and effectively. Maintain a proactive approach to customer satisfaction to uphold a positive long-term relationship.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance to provide insights for strategic decisions on regular basis. Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Ensure all prices are timely listed and all relevant SKUs are present in the accurate DCs.
· Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, or in-person visits to introduce products, services, and the value they offer.
· Contract Management: Ensure all contracts are being accurately followed in terms of offering and support. All rebates and FOCs are to be regularly reviewed before issuing to customers. Any changes to be highlighted to management and the information must be passed on to sales coordinators for further processing.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· The candidate should have at least 3 years Food Service (HORECA) sales experience in the U.A.E.

· Experience in negotiating contracts & closing sales.
· The candidate should have strong existing business relationships with customers in the target industry.
· Strong Computer skills, able to confidently operate MS Office application and software.
· Candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and a valid UAE Driver’s License.
