We are currently seeking a Planning Director - Asset Development to lead the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects. As the client-side leader, you will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within budget constraints. From defining project objectives to providing detailed input on logistics and contractor selection throughout all project phases, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project delivery through hands-on involvement and regular site visits. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering major projects along with extensive construction planning experience in the Middle East.
As the Director of Planning at Al-Futtaim Group's Asset Development division, your responsibilities will include defining project objectives collaboratively with organizational leadership; creating and maintaining master project schedules for sitewide development; providing strategic schedules for all project stages from masterplanning to construction completion; leading the client's planning team; and serving as the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders as well as external contractors and consultants.
