Contract role - 12 months (extendable)

Location - Abu Dhabi (no remote working)

Responsibilities -

Responsible for identifying and assessing financial risks associated with the NEW ENERGY division.
They should have a strong understanding of financial risk management techniques and be able to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Responsible for establishing financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure that financial risks are properly managed and reported.

Skills -

Strong oil and energy sector background.
Financial advisory experience.
Strong skills in mergers and acquisitions
Financial modelling and valuation skills are highly preferred
Financial analysis
