We have an exciting new position as a Market Access and Government Affairs Director in Dubai. This position offers an opportunity to work for a company that is operating in pharmaceutical, biotechnology & speciality areas. You'll be the CEO's right hand, supervising 5 to 8 individuals across the MENA area.

Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
A graduate degree (e.g., Master's, PhD, MD) in pharmacy, biological sciences, public health, or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in market access, government affairs, and/or public policy within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
Strong awareness of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and regulatory frameworks
Good relationships with key opinion leaders throughout the region
A successful track record of working with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and industry groups.
Strategic thinker capable of analyzing difficult circumstances and developing practical approaches.
Proven leadership and management expertise, especially experience leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
The Market Access and Government Affairs Director will oversee establishing and implementing strategies to achieve optimal market access for new pharmaceutical products, as well as managing relationships and engagement with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and policymakers.
The individual will plan, design, and carry out operations that will allow the company to maximize the commercial potential of current and future products in the relevant market.
Their knowledge will be crucial in determining the company's success in navigating difficult healthcare ecosystems and increasing patient access to our revolutionary therapies.
