As the Plant Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing office operations, handling documentation, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Working closely with the Plant Operations Manager, you will assist in preparing plant and equipment budgets, monitor equipment allocation and leasing plans, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure health and safety compliance across all plant operations.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive checklists for equipment inspections, coordinating with procurement on equipment purchases, managing asset allocation through ERP systems, maintaining records related to health and safety training for staff, monitoring monthly expenses related to plant and equipment, and conducting review meetings with service departments for maintenance planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording damage or losses of plant machinery and vehicles while reconciling equipment trackers for identifying new asset requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree or MBA/diploma with 10-15 years of experience in equipment and plant administration within construction or plant infrastructure-related fields. Strong communication skills, coordination abilities, teamwork mindset, conflict management expertise, and efficient time management are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
