About the job
As a Campaign & Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing talents and execution of campaigns on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube) as well as reporting and analysis. You will manage talents and accurately the budget in a defined period of time and amplify campaigns between selected distribution channels. In addition to that, you will be asked to become in charge of the conception and production of social reporting of the talents and campaigns. This includes defining KPIs and data sources in collaboration with client marketing teams and creating dashboards to collate monthly reports.


What you’ll do:

Campaign set up, management and optimization. This includes client validation, implementation, tracking performance and optimization, detailed planning of the campaign and applying tagging rules KPI definition and performance measurement on social platforms (analysis, insights gathering)
Weekly, monthly reporting and post-campaign analyses documents (Excel, PPTX/Keynote) for clients as well as the internal teams
Results analysis to collect insights and define best practices and provide recommendations for optimization of the overall activity
Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients Building and maintaining relationships with key and relevant influencers
Developing and presenting pitches to potential clients.
Conducting research on potential clients.
Creating strategies to promote talents.
Negotiating prospective business deals.

What you’ll need:

Degree in Bachelor in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experienced in campaign management /ad operations/ data analysis.
Ability to network, communicate and maintain professional relationships with clients and influencers.
Good knowledge of the MENA and GCC market
Basic understanding of social formats, targeting options, tracking tools, reporting interface.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Proficiency in Excel and PPTX or Keynote.
Strong marketing knowledge.
Excellent pitching abilities.
Entertainment industry knowledge.
Determination to be the best.
