The Recruitment Manager is responsible for all recruitment activities across the business; ensuring suitably qualified and experienced personnel are hired to meet business needs. Supporting the VP of HR in delivering the people related agenda in line with the business strategy. Reporting to the VP of HR and working closely with the Operations department and HR Manager to ensure the successful hiring and deployment of people for projects/offices globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Recruitment to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal policies
• Responsible for ensuring the Recruitment team is operating in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Champion continuous improvement, reviewing and recommending any changes to HR policy and process
• Responsible for overseeing recruitment activities for all projects and offices globally, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, selection, handover to the HR team
• Continuous review and implementation of new candidate sourcing methods, ensuring that we attract the best caliber candidates.
• In conjunction with the Operations team, manage the talent pipeline for upcoming projects
• Assist the Bid team with CV’s and input into the bid process
• Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the projects are fully staffed and any large mobilisations are sufficiently planned.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking system to ensure the integrity of data processing and protection of sensitive data
• Demonstrating role-model behaviors. This includes creating a culture of excellent communications to management and to team members, empowering team members to become thought leaders, and encouraging cross-collaboration amongst the teams to achieve the business strategy

Qualifications & Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant Recruitment experience in with at least 2 years in a senior position.
Key Skills:
• Hands-on experience of recruiting
• Familiarity with sourcing for candidates
• Extensive experience with interviewing, candidate screening, and evaluation
• Solid understanding of recruiting principles and practices with demonstrable experience of delivering recruitment in multiple regions
• Good IT Skills (Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) is essential
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal is essential
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems
