Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Maintain and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
Ensure timely payment of bills and track outstanding payments.
Manage petty cash, including all cash handling and reconciliation.
Inventory Management:
Monitor, order, and manage stock levels to optimize sales and prevent overstock or stock-outs.
Coordinate with suppliers, handle invoices, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to the team and manage office requirements.
Handle and coordinate internal and external communications.
Maintain digital and physical records, ensuring they're up-to-date and accurate.
Miscellaneous:
Support in procurement, logistics, and any other operational requirements.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Proven experience in accounts, inventory management, and administration.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
