A UAE based investment firm is recruiting an Asset Manager/ Head of Asset Management to oversee external service providers for managing their real estate portfolio.
The role will be responsible for the overall leasing and property management strategy and implementation, based on the organization’s investment strategy and market trends.
This role would also be responsible for leading and managing the communications between the service providers and the organization’s senior management
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of supervisory and/ or managerial experience working within the real estate industry in UAE.
Proven years of experience managing outsourced service providers
Should have relevant qualifications and experience in Asset Management function
Should be well versed with all deliverables of Facilities and Property Management function.
Must have strong commercial and analytical skills, and should be an excellent communicator
