During your tenure as an Assistant Manager in Real Estate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
The multi-disciplinary Real Estate team in the Middle East supports a wide range of clients in the Real Estate sector, including developers, investors, landowners and government entities.
Integrating with other teams within the FA practice, other work we undertake includes project finance, capital raising, financial modelling, transaction due diligence and forensic support.
The Real Estate team provides the following services for clients:
Development & THL: Market, financial and strategic development advice for planned Real Estate (office/retail/residential/industrial) and Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure (“THL”) industry projects (from single sites to large-scale mixed-use master planned schemes).
Valuation: Valuation of office, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality assets in accordance with RICS Valuation-Professional Standards (the ‘Red Book’) and audit assist work.
Dispute: Arbitration and Expert Witness services to support real estate related disputes.
Advising government bodies, developers, investors and corporate owners on real estate development, market/financial due diligence and strategy.
Being a primary point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of engagements, undertaking the preparation of client reports, undertaking development appraisals and working with clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support real estate development projects. The work will cover residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors.
Experience is typically a minimum MRICS/CFA II qualification.
Based in Dubai, with travel across the Middle East to deliver client engagements, particularly extensive travel to KSA.
Mentoring and development of junior colleagues undertaking their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.

Qualifications:
Educated to graduate level, with a Real Estate or related (Economics, Geography, Finance, Business) degree.
RICS accredited course an advantage, though high-performing graduates with non-Real Estate qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar field.
Fluency in English is essential. Arabic fluency is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
A high level of numerical competence, with experience of using MS Excel, Estate Master DF and/or Argus Developer.
Note: This role would require 2-3 weeks per month to be based in KSA, as the project is based there.
