As an Investment Banker you will be responsible for providing financial advisory services to clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and valuation to support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions
Develop financial models and conduct due diligence on companies and industries
Provide strategic advice to clients on financial transactions and market opportunities
Participate in the negotiation of financial terms and conditions of transactions
Create and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investment bankers, and other industry professionals
Manage projects, including deal teams, lawyers, and accountants, to ensure successful execution of transactions
Monitor financial market trends and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Articulate

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
