After launching earlier in the year, we are now growing our presence in the UAE. We are seeking a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant with at least 5 years industry exposure to join and make an impact from day 1.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in recruiting top talent into the energy industry. You will be responsible for driving business development and building strong client relationships, while also managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.
Your contributions will be integral to success, and we are looking for someone with the drive and determination to take on this challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and recruitment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be a self-starter, with the drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
